Costa Rica City Square Tour

Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered by Costa Rica City Square Tours Limitada (herein referenced as "Tour Operator") a company duly constituted by Costa Rican law, registered under the following corporate number 3-102-595415 and any Costumer that requires the services from the Tour Operator (herein referenced as "The Customer") , both Parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All services provided by Tour Operator have proper insurance according and in compliance with Costa Rican Regulations; therefore in case Customer requires to file a claim it shall be filed against the Insurance Company and not the Tour Operator.

  2. The given price provided to the Customer upon the reservation of the tour is subject to change if the conditions of the reservations previously confirmed by the Costumer vary. The Tour Operator will modify the price to its sole discretion according to the changes in the reservation requested by the Costumer.

  3. If the Costumer wishes to make changes to his/her reservation, Customer must notify them to the Tour Operator at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour begins.

  4. The price paid for the Tour is not refundable under any circumstances. If the Client is not able to take the tour on the scheduled date and time then he must notify to this situation to the Tour Operator 72 hours before the tour is scheduled to depart. Tour Operator will then reschedule the tour on the date and time indicated by the Customer.

  5. There is a no tolerance policy. The Tour Operator reserves the right to refuse the admission of any and all Customers that may compromise the safety and welfare of other Customers while taking the tour. Customers behaving improperly will be expelled from the tour.

  6. Operator provides a service of one day tours around specific locations stipulated in the Tour Information provided to the Customer. Tour Operator will not be responsible for: injuries, damages to persons or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, theft, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or change in transit regulations over which the Tour Operator has no control over and therefore cannot assume any responsibility.

  7. Access to this site is conditional upon your acceptance. Any dispute that may arise between the Tour Operator and the Customer in relation with the use of this site and/or the information provided herein; will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica. Tour Operator reserves the right to deny access to this site at any time without further notice.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made payable to City Square Tours Costa Rica Limitada in US Dollars (legal currency of the United States of America). The following credit and/or debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellation Policies:

If Customer decides to cancel the scheduled tour, for any reason, please note that all cancellations must be received in writing (via email) to the following email: info@costaricacitysquaretour.com
